Our stay at Rommelehof was a delightful escape to the serene beauty of the Black Forest. The charming traditional house exudes a calm ambiance, offering captivating views of the mountains and lush greenery. The free parking at the doorstep added to the convenience of the location, which strikes a perfect balance between proximity to town and tranquility.During our family vacation, our kids had a blast interacting with the animals on the property and enjoying the various games in the well-equipped game room. The farm setting provided a unique experience that the children found truly engaging. The proximity to the museum of the senses and the summer sleigh track offered a diverse range of activities for all ages.The warm and welcoming hosts, Markus and his parents, ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Their attention to detail, from the delicious family-run breakfast to the generous dinner spread, created a homely atmosphere that we truly appreciated.Exploring the area, we found the Black Forest Open Air Museum to be a fascinating journey into the region's rich history and heritage.Rommelehof offers a family-friendly haven where adventure and tranquility harmonize seamlessly, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking a blend of relaxation and exploration in this picturesque region.
